I’ll be honest I only bought this hot sauce because of the cool art on the bottle. But after seeing it on reddit I thought it would be worth a try. To my surprise I was correct in judging a book by its cover. It’s a thick and chunky sauce, almost like salsa. The apricot, lemon and agave add a touch of sweetness to an otherwise very inflammatory concoction. I’ve been using it on almost everything and I can’t get enough. Hope to see this hot sauce become more popular and more readily available.

Eggs and hash.. yes! Brisket quesadilla...yes! Nuggets.... of course! Tacos and burritos... no brainer! Honestly I'm not sure what I wouldn't put it on.
Picked up a bottle of this based on the artwork alone and it only got better from there. The flavor is fantastic with a pleasant amount of heat to match, but I think my favorite thing is the texture and consistency is almost akin to salsa - the freshness really shines.
