These sauces are the BEST I've ever had. Such good flavors and love the ingredients!! So good.
I was expecting this sauce to just be a sugar bomb with Pineapple and Mango being top ingredients on the list. Thankfully, I was surprised to notice that there is no added sugar, so the sweetness is entirely reliant on the fruit. Personally, I'm not really a fan of sauces based around sweetness, but this one is good. Still not as spicy as 3/5, but not as underspiced as their tomatillo sauce. If you like fruity hot sauces, this one is a good one. Would probably do well as a mix-in to a marinade or some sort of dipping sauce. Maybe even in some stir-fry.
